Please excuse my lack of knowledge when it comes to my
computer. I'm new, and trying to pick it all up. My
question/problem is...
when my computer crashed recently, it was recommended
that I install an update. I di, and went to install it.
It was not able to install the entire update. This
included the part I needed most, which was the Internet
Explorer 6 SP. It said the reason was that it hadf not
passed the Windows logo testing, and could not be
installed. It suggested I contact a support
administrator. Any help you could give me in getting
this problem fixed, would be greatly appreciated.
