problem installing the Outlook pst backup tool

Hi guys,

I use to install the outlook pst backup tool.
Usually everything works perfectly.
I just tried to install it again as usually and pupupu I can't see the
"backup" button under "File" in Outlook.
I tried to reinstall it but still no success.
The user is in Power User mode.
Any idea?

Open the COM Add-in Manager (Tools>Options>Other>Advanced Options>COM
Add-Ins). Click Add. Browse to the location of the outbak.dll (usually in
the Addins subfolder of your Office path), select it and click OK. That
should finish the job.
