problem in showing pic on LAN

good day,

I have a form for showing an employee pic. On my pc it works but when I
share the database in LAN, it does not work. It papers the picture which has
been added as default in picture source.
Can any body help me?
 
Please do not multi-thread, multi-post a question, it has already been
