This is to take your help in setting right our deskjet
printer:
Model:hpdeskjet 3325
Problem
rinting stops half way and there is a display
that 'document failed to print-error'.
We are not able to proceed further.When we spoke to HP-
Service, we were told that it is only a minor problem amd
can be rectified
We make it clear that printing starts as soon as the
command is given and half way it stops.After that we are
not able to either proceed or delete the document,and the
document is kept pending.
PLease guide us as to how we can solve the problem.
