problem in network

hi
i have xp professional with sp2 and turn on automatic update on my pc.when
i start my computer, i receive a message from automatic update and i cancel
it. i found my network cannot work, and with ipconfig command, i recive error
" procedure HrIs... is not found in netshell.dll" and when i want to see
network connections in mynetwork places , i can not see anything and in
taskmgr program , in networking tab , i recive message "NO active network
adapter found". i check my hardware , there are ok . i reinstall its driver
but my problem not resolve
please help me . it is serios . please help me

Try a System Restore to before you did the update.
Start>Programs>Accessories>System Tools>System Restore
"Restore my computer to an earlier time"
