Hi Filmo,
It sounds like your profile(s) are damaged. Try logging in as the default
Administrator and create a new user to test. If you do not see
Administrator as one of your options on the welcome screen, press
Ctrl+Alt-Del twice and then enter Administrator as the user.

ADDITIONAL STEPS:
If the above does not resolve the issue:
1. Boot into Safe Mode and run SFC /Scannow.
2. Open a command window (srart - Run Cmd)
3. From the prompt run Chkdsk /F <this will require a restart>.
