Problem in Browser internet tool opti

When ever I am opening my browser I am getting like this

http://www.microsoft.com/isapi/redir.dll?
prd=ie&pver=6&ar=msnhome


even after changing in internet options to default page
i.e www.msn.com
still it is getting prefixed by
http://wabu.com/passthrough/index.html?

This is really making me fed up . can some one please help
how to avoid this and have only www.msn.com

May be I need to delete some thing in registry.

I tried by removing cookies , temp files but no use. Even
I installed fresh copy of IE6.0 even then same problem.

I don't want to see this page
http://wabu.com/passthrough/index.html? At all.

Iwas there at www.wabu.com nice toolbar i startup my pc again but the toolbar was gone
what is your problem than
