I have followed the correct procedure to export and then to import my
Contacts from Microsoft Outlook. But when I import, I get the following
message: Not a Personal Folders File.

The correct procedure does not involve exporting and importing.
The correct procedure is to copy your Outlook Data file and open it in the
other installation.
Exporting will often create an corrupt file, as you've now discovered.

Hi Russ,
Thank you, now that I am ready to copy my Outlook Data File, I just can't
find where to locate it on my hard disk. Can you help me. Thanks again.

You can find the name and location of your any Outlook Data file by
examining its properties in Outlook: R click > Properties > Advanced >
Filename...

Hi Russ,

I did find it in the end, unfortunately I get exactly the same message.
Coould it have someting to do with the fact I use multilangues (I use some
French characters a lot in addresses and emails).

Cheers
