problem here verifying email address

i am new here and wanted to post, but when i try putting in my email address and it says that it is going to send me an email, and i must click on the link in the email, but i never get the email and now it is telling me that i have tried to many times and it will not do it anymore, that i must talk to support but the pade it sends me to for support i am not able to get to anyone,

what do i do
 
I'm sorry, I don't quite understand the question!
Just select Post Reply, type out you reply, put a name in
the Sender's Name, you can leave the Sender's E-mail as
it is.
When finished, click send. You will then be notified that
it will be posted basically in a few minutes. You don't
get an email sent to you.

Yes you don't understand the question. When I was signing up here so that I could post messages it asked for an email address and it needed to verify the email address. The system needs the email address for reasons such as notifying me when a reply has been posted to a post i made etc.
