Problem!! Getting error when downloading MP3 software

Lets me download usb drivers, when I down load the
musicmatch Jukebox software I get an error saying:
SQQE.EXE Application Error(the instruction at"0x77f584ae
reference memory at"0x0016641d". The memory could not
be "read".

Then it finishes its download and when I click the icon
to run software it says: DLL load problem( Problem
loading cds.dll. The specific procedure could not be
found. so I click ok. And a fatal procedure comes on
and turns software off.
