Problem exit winform

I'm using Microsoft's application block updater and winform application. If
you use the red X to close the application it closes properly. If you use
file and then exit ( code - StopUpdater() and Application.Exit() in the
event) the application seems to close but remains in the taskmanager. Any
ideas?
