Does anyone else have this problem? WHen trying to
establish a whiteboard or application sharing session
between two computers running the same version of MSN
Messenger (6.2) and Windows Messenger (4.7), the sharing
session dialogue box comes up and gives the "waiting"
message forever, but never actually connects... Can
anybody out there help???

Hi, Eric I have had a similar problem with one exception.
You said that the Sharing Session dialog box appears,
right? Well, I have never been able to see this box
appear when ever I share a session. Are you sharing an
application over a network or Internet? Which application
are you trying to share?

Hi. I have solved the waiting problem... Turns out that
Messenger Plus (installed on both computers attempting to
communicate) was causing that problem. Now, the same
sharing box goes from the waiting message to the
connecting message followed by the following error:

The network or the computer that you are trying to
contact is not responding.
The newtork or the computer that you are trying to
contact is experiencing a problem. Try again later.

Error 0x80ee000c
SIP transaction timed out

I can connect with computer within my LAN, but not
another user on another network at work. Both ends are
using same versions of the software and running a Linksys
WRT54G wireless router with latest firmware installed.

Any thoughts?
