Problem Encounter

I have loaded Windows XP Professional on my PC. I choose
to do the complete download, instead of the Upgrade. I am
getting a message that continually shuts down and reboots
my computer. Does anyone know how to fix this?
The message is as follows..."LSA Shell (Export Version)
encountered a problem and needs to close." "System
shutdown initiated by NTAuthority\System status code
1073741819"
