Problem deleting .exe

An error message pops up saying "Access is denied...full or write-protected" when I try to delete one certain .exe file. How can I delete this unwanted file? Please, send response to (e-mail address removed)

only administrators can delete exe, but some will not

remove if copyrighted. check properties on it after
opening and uncheck all boxes on it then try to delete if
it still will not delete it probably wont. can go through
search and see if you can delete it from there. Hope it
helps.
