Problem deleting a file

trying to run fixSbigF.exe; crashes when it comes to a
file in C:\Documents and Settings\XXXX\Local
Settings\Temp\Temporary Internet Files\Content.IE5
\4XYFWTAJ; i tried to delete this file myself but nothing
happens when i press delete. this is how the file name
looks like
memberpopup;kw=ELVIS+NOTHING+BUT+A+HOUND+DOG+MP3+DOWNLOAD;
h=misc;sz=468x60;!category=gaming;!category=tobacco;!
category=adult;!
category=sexualovertones;ord=53202536310847[1].html

how can i delete this file?
