I'd like to create new tasks (in Outlook) within my
personal folder while working off line. I'm getting an
error message that says "The connection to the microsoft
exchange server is unavailable. Outlook must be online
or connected to complete this action". I didn't have
this problem with the 2002 version. Any suggestions?

Are you using Cached Exchange mode?
