Problem connecting to wireless network

Just purchased new toshiba laptop with vista home basic. Having major
problems staying connected. Screen says it's connected, with excellent
coverage. Error screen says: cannot connect to primary dns server. Although
you can run a reaor , and it will work for awhile then stop again

wireless internet connection was working fine for the first 3 weeks, with
no problems. Now I am unable to connect wirelessly and can only connect to
the internet via a cable connected to my router. I tried reprogaming my
wireless connection with my service provide with no luck. Can anyone help?
