problem accessing any of Dell's sites

I seem to have an issue accessing any Dell computer site.
They most often display, page cannot be found!
This is annoying.
I'm wondering if the latest firewall I installed (Zone Alarm) could
have something to do with it?
I also have AdsGone, SpyBot, AVG anti virus, Norton System
Works,AdAware, the XP firewall that comes with XP, and have recently
deleted ID Blaster.
The Dell people seem to think I have a problem with security
content?!?!!
Your thoughts?

You have AVG and Norton Sys Works, that has an AV content - these will
conflict with each other
