Hello:
I am having a problem accessing some web sites. I run
Windows XP Home and have IE 6.0

The message I encounter indicates:

"The infomration you exchange with this site cannot be
viewed or changed by ohters. However there is a problem
with the site's security certificate...etc."

Normally I can just click proceed and am able to
continue. On one site, however, I am getting the
following message:

Check your Internet browser settings
Features of this site require your browser to have
JavaScript and session Cookies enabled. These settings
are usually enabled when your browser is installed. If
your browser has JavaScript and session Cookies disabled,
we ask that you enable these settings, and open a new
browser session to visit this site. To check your
settings:
In Internet Explorer these settings are usually found
under the Security tab of Internet Options. Ensure Active
Scripting and Session Cookies are enabled.
In Netscape Navigator these settings are usually found
under Preferences/Advanced and are usually labelled
Enable JavaScript and Cookies.
Your browser Help will explain how these settings work
with your specific browser version.

I have tried with no luck to reset my security settings
to default level to no avail. I have also checked active
scripting, it is enabled. I could not find "session
cookies". I would appreciate any insight.

Cheers...John
