Private Folder

hello;
I need to access some files from one of my accounts form
another account. the account that i am trying to access
is "made Private" so i cant get to it. The files are too
big to copy (750 mb) but i cant make the folder un-
private due to the sensitive nature of the data. i
wondered if there was any whay that i could access the
private folder inna nother account, mabee with a password
or something.
