How do you prioritize your To Do List? I am a past Franklin planner person.

How do you prioritize your To Do/Task List?

I am a past Franklin Covey planner person and IO am trying to figure out how
to prioritize my To Do List, (example: 1, 2, 3, 4) and have it show up on my
task screen.

Low, normal, and high are the only priority levels you can assign to a
task. Right-click in the task list and select Sort and define your
sorting criteria (which would be to sort by priority). If you actually
need to also see the priority level, right-click on the column header
and use the Field Chooser to add the priority column (you can then drag
that column left or right to position it whereve you want relative to
the other columns).
