Is there a way to set default printing in Power Point to
multiple slides on one sheet rather than one slide per
page? I know this type of printing can be set up each
time you print, but I would like to know if this could be
set up as a default.

You can do that in Tools/Options on the Print tab, but it's a
machine-specific setting, not a presentation-specific one.
