Hi

question if i have a spreadsheet that has coulums A-E and it goes from
1-200.
If I goto print preview i see about 50 cells on a page and the right side is
blank.

Can i print to have the data show down and then up and down again so that it
fits on to 1-2 pages instead of having 4 pages ?

You have landed in a Microsoft Word newsgroup and appear to be asking a
Microsoft Excel question. The answer to your question is no. You can make
Excel automatically fit the selected print range onto two pages by clicking
on File | Page Setup | Page | Fit to: 1 wide by 2 tall | OK. Excel will
shrink the font size to make the selected print range fit within the
specified number of pages, but the printed page(s) will still have 5 columns
by 200 rows, not 10 columns by 100 rows.

This sounds like an Excel question. You've asked it in a Word newsgroup.
