You first have to extablish an address book on Access.
After you have intered all the addresses in you Access address book go to word.
Clidk on tools and mail merge, select envelopes and follow the instructions.
You can then search and find the address you want and it will print on the envelope.
If you only need to print one envelope, just click on tool and envelopes and labels and select the envelope tab at the top of the page and type in the address and insert the envelope into the printer and tell it to print.
you can also enter your return address.
