How do I set that on all the worksheets that I print
appear the current date without setting it on each
worksheet alone?

Use the menu command File > Page Setup, choose the Header/Footer tab i
the Page Setup dialog, then select from one of the pre-formatted header
in the Header drop-down list or click on the Custom Header... button t
place the date where you want it. There are buttons in the Heade
dialog that will insert the current date among other things

Follow Harlan's advice after first selecting all the worksheets.

Right-click on any sheet tab and "select all sheets" or CRTL + click to choose
non-contiguous sheets. SHIFT + click to select contiguous sheets.

Setting Headers and Footers is one of the things you can do with "grouped"
sheets.

DO NOT FORGET to right-click and "ungroup sheets" when done. What you are
doing to active sheet is being done to all sheets when grouped.
