Printing Sent and Replied to Messages

I have a user that cannot print any Sent or Replied to messages it
seems, but randomly one that is sent to them is printable. Seems to be
only happening to the one user and no one else is having the problem.
The user is using Windows XP Pro, and Outlook 2003.

I would also like to add she has alot of HTML goodies in her emails,
such as "Dancing Cats and Dogs"

Care to describe the symptoms? Saying "cannot print" doesn't give any
information. Exactly how is s/he trying to print, in what window is s/he
trying to print and exactly what happens when s/he tries?
 
So when she is in the sent window of outlook she cannot print the
emails that she has already sent. When she is trying to print she
tries the print icon on the toolbar and the file print option as well,
both of them don't do a thing. They don't spool or error or anything,
it just doesn't do anything. Also emails that are replied to she can't
print. But any email that was directly sent to her she can print.

I'd do five things, in this order, one at a time, testing after each: 1)
Inbox Repair Tool (SCANPST.EXE). 2) Detect and Repair. 3) Reinstall
printer drivers. 4) New mail profile. 5) Uninstall and reinstall Outlook.
