Printing report from a specific printer bin

I print several reports each month but some take paper from bin 1 of my printer and some take it from bin 2. My colleage who set up the database fron which the reports are produced can't allocate the right bins. Can anyone help please. We are quite new to Microsoft Access so it may be very simple.
