I have a member list with names and addresses. There are
cell borders to seperate each row and column. When it is
printed it doesn't match-up the cell border with the info
in the cell, and looks like it is extending the cell
border. Preview looks great, but prints don't.

Could be a Printer driver problem.........did this just start happening?,
......does the file work ok on another computer/printer.......do other files
work on this computer/printer.......have you recently changed Printers or
Operating Systems?.........

The file will print fine from other PC's. This machine is
a new one, and it is running a new version off office.
Office 2003 is what it is running, but all files in excell
print out the same way. I've tried other print drivers,
and printers,it doesn't seem to help. Any Ideas.

Thanks
Will

Hi Will.......

I'm not familiar with Office 2003 personally so I don't know if it might
could be a setting therein......maybe someone else can answer
that........but it still sounds like a Printer Driver problem there to
me.......you've eliminated the file as being the problem cause it will print
fine from another computer/printer, and since NO Excel file will print from
this computer/printer that indicates it must be this computer/printer or
Office2003.......for sure........any chance you could load temporarily an
older version of Excel on that computer and see how it reacts......if the
same, that would seem to eliminate Excel as the problem.......then, any
chance you could hook up a different BRAND of printer, (hopefully an HP,
they seem to have fewer problems like this)?........I've had problems with
Xerox printers before and the factory swore up and down that the problem was
not theirs, but indeed it was.........
