Printing Problem

When one of my clients prints any document the print out is not like what it
actually is, in the sense some lines are printed in colour or some lines are
underlined even though they are not underlined or set to print in colour. Has
anyone come accross this kind of problem?
The printer is "hpofficejet 4110 all in one".

Sounds like a driver problem.

Hi, Rock
Even I suspected the same thing. I removed the driver installed fresh from
the cd but the problem was still there. Then I installed the same printer on
another machine but that also didn't work.
Then I thought it might be a virus problem so I scanned that particular
file with norton av 2006 but it didn't detect any viruses. I copied the
contents of that file & saved it with another name and I was able get the
print out properly.

A corrupted file. Ok, thanks for the update.
