I have a Xerox XK50 that i used with my prior machine and Windows 98. I recently upgrade to a new Dell with XP Home Edition. My printer will only print on ONE Windows login. All other users (3) cannot print anything. I did not see this printer on the XP approved list, but I downloaded an XP driver from the Xerox website. The XK50 is an All-in-one machine and worked fine with the old system and prints fine on the one Windows login. MY QUESTION IS: How do I set up the printer to work on all Windows logins? Am I doomed to have to purchase another printer? HELP!

Norton Antivirus software is the usual culprint here..... if you do not want
to remove your NAV, use the print settings to print driect to printer
instead of using the print spooler.

Thanks for the reply. Please clarify "use the print
settings to print direct" instead of how I would normally
print using "File, Print" or the printer icon.

Go into the Control Panel and click on Printers & Faxes. Right click on the
printer and select Properties. Click on the Advanced tab.....

Middle of the page..... Click on Print Directly to Printer
