printing problem with mark up on Word 2007

When I try to print something the page is shrunk up. If I remove the check
marks under Show Mark Up it prints properly. Is there any way by default to
keep these unchecked. I've tried taking it off in the check mark under the
Trust Centre settings but they still appear every time i reopen. I am saving
the documents in Word 97-2003.

You say you're saving them as Word 97-2003. But what version are you working
in?

It sounds as if you have balloons showing in your track changes options. If
you're in Word 2003, go to Tools - Options - Track Changes and set Use
Balloons to "Never." I'm not sure where that option is in 2007.

I haven't tried 2007 yet, so I'm not sure how it works, but you probably
ought to go ahead and try it. Figure out where the track changes options
reside and turn off all balloons. Can't hurt, and it sounds like that's what
your problem is.
