Printing Outlook Contacts for Franklin Covey Compact size

Does anyone know how to get MSOutlook to print a contact
address book to fit the compact size planner (4.25 x
6.75). I found an option that was close (Daytimer Senior
Pocket) - but then the pages are printed too close
together so there is no room for the left-side hole punch
on half the pages. I've tried and tried to reconfigure to
no avail.
