I would like to merge and print multiple ppt's into a single pdf file.
The situation is I have multple ppt's that I individually print and
put together into a big stack of paper that I bring to Kinkos to get
copied. I can also print each ppt to its own pdf file and bring the
files to Kinkos to print...but I would like to somehow merge multple
ppt's into a single pdf file. Perhaps creating some kind of project
that contains all my ppts and when I print (to a pdf file) they become
one pdf file. Is this possible?

Thanks,

Craig.

If you know someone who has the full version of Adobe Acrobat it is:
File > Create PDF > From multiple files >
arrange the PowerPoint presentations in the way you want them and click
create.

You can create one big PPT with all of the slides (see Insert, Slides, From
File). Depending on your PPT version and whether the slides all follow the
same master, that may be all it takes or may not work well; try it and see.

Otherwise, make a PDF from each file
Open the first PDF in Acrobat
Use Document, Insert (Acrobat 5) or Document, Pages, Insert (Acrobat 6) to
insert the other PDFs.
