printing monthly calendars

prior to outlook 2007, I was allowed to print a montly calendar that
contained a combined Saturday and Sunday. Does anyone know how I can do this
in 2007
 
i am right there with ya, been trying to figure this out for the past 4 hours.

it is driving me crazy.

if anyone knows how to get rid of this please please post
