How do you go about setting it up so that you can print manual style
packets, landscape style, from MS word?
By "manual style packets" do you mean print on both sides of the paper and
assemble into a manual? If so, then the process is a function of your
printer driver. Some printers have duplex capability and you need to
consult your Pinter instructions.
If your printer does not have duplex capability, you need to print the odd
pages and then turn the paper over and print the even pages. In Word 2003
select File, Print. Select Landscape and collate. At the bottom of the
print dialog {where it says Print}, click on the down arrow and select Even
or Odd pages.
The first time, I suggest you practice with a short print. If the same print
dialog you can select to print the first 5 pages of your manual for a test.
Prior versions of Word are similar.
