Printing labels from Outlook

I can't figure this out and I can't find anyone else who
can either. I assume I have to use mail merge but when I
do it still doesn't work. Any suggestions?

Outlook uses Word for performing mail merge functions such as Form Letters,
mailing labels, envelopes, and fax or email merges. For an overview of these
