Printing labels from Outlook

I want to print some of my Outlook contacts onto labels. Everything works
fine except that when I look at the print preview, the title (Mr, Mrs, Miss),
last name, and first name, are all in random order, and there seems no way to
change this. In addition, when I select the certain addresses I want to print
as labels, the unselected addresses do not print, but instead a blank space
is left. So I end up with some pages of labels only having 2 addresses on
them. HELP!!!
