Hello. We entered our holiday list into Excel, and want
to print mailing labels from it (Avery type, 3 across x 10
down). Is this possible from Execel 97? How is this done?

Thank you for your help. Gil Nisco

If you have Word, you can print the labels in pre-formatted tables
designed for Avery labels. You use your Excel file as the mail merge
data source.
In Excel, you must define a named range for your entire list; this
will be the table name in your query.

As others have indicated, use Word's mail merge with your Excel file as the
data source.

Avery helpfully provides templates to do this that match their labels. See
