Printing incoming email attachments

I have read through the other postings on this subject, but can't find
anything to specifically help me. I'm using Outlook 2002, and need to be
able to print incoming emails and have the printout show the attachments.
The suggestion was to change the format of the message, but when viewing an
incoming email, there is no place to change the format to rich or plain text.
I can forward the message, and then change the format, but this seems like a
lot of work to print each email. Is there no other way to get incoming
emails to convert to rich or plain text?

Thanks,
Christina

You have to open the message by double clicking the message in your message
list, then click on the Edit menu > Edit Message. That will allow you to
change the format of the message.

Thanks...what a pain though! I sure hope Microsoft sees fit to fix this in
their next version...
