Printing in IE and OE

Printer will not print in either. I have tried File - Print and using the
Icon, but nothing happens. The choose printer box doesn't come up. The
attachments will print in OE but not the text. No error messages - nothing.
Printer will print in other programs. Any help appreciated. Thanks
