printing in black only

hello. hopefully simple question for someone: im using
windows xp with an hp psc 1200 printer. i need to figure
out how i can print a page in just black ink, even if the
page is in color and i have a a color ink cartridge
installed next to my black cartridge. can anyone help me
figure out how to do this?

Err change to black in the printer properties - hardly rocket science!
 
I wish that helped. I looked in printer properties, under
color management, but all i see is the ability to toggle
back and forth between automatic and manual color
management. or i can add a new color profile, but it's
not clear which one i would need.
