Printing handouts

Hello Fellow users

I have set my page layout to A4- and wish to print handouts, 2 per
page, one below the other- not next to each other.

However the "order" options are blanked out, and I cannot choose
horizontal of vertical.

Is there a way around this?

You will need to use either File/Send to Word or Shyam's Handout Wizard.
