printing from web

recently when try to print from web get error message -
An error has appeared in the script on this page
line:93
char:1
error:access is denied
code:0
url:res://c:windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg


can anyone tell me(simply)what I need to do ??

Cannot Print in Internet Explorer if Surfairy Is Installed
