Printing from toolbar button

When I print using the toolbar button, it prints using the same options I
used with the previous print job. Usually that is not what I want, eg I may
have printed multiple copies and I only want to print one copy. Is there any
way to get the toolbar button to always only print one copy of the document
in question.?

Unless you're using Word 2007 (and I don't know how the FilePrintDefault
button works in that version), this should not be the case unless a
FilePrintDefault macro is hijacking the built-in command, which always
reverts to the default settings (except that it uses the currently active
printer, which may have been changed from the Windows default printer).
