Printing from Outlook to Filofax

Hello, All!

I would like to print my Outlook XP calendar so that I can carry it round in
my Filofax. I want one week per page with all days the same size. Does
anyone know how please and is it customisable for margins and fonts etc? I
seem to remember once reading that there was a "style" or word template that
did it but maybe I just dreamt it. I expect that I could print to A4 sheets
and then chop it. Would it have to be one sided printing?

Any help would be really appreciated.
