printing from multiple trays

I am using word 2003, in page set up I do not see any of my printer trays in the paper source. The only options I have are Default Tray (form select) and Form Select. Printer is an HP4100 that was already configured.
 
Click "Start", "Settings", "Printers and faxes" and make sure your printer
is the default printer (small checkmark in the icon to the left). The
default printer is the one used by all of your programs.

Yes, the printer is set to the default (altbough the alternate printer also an HP 4100 using pcl6 driver shows the same oprtions: only Default Tray or Form Select). The form/tray assignments for the 3 trays are correct if I go to the printer proerties NT forms tab.
