printing from internet

Why, when I try To print a Web page from any site,do I
get The above message followed by:
!an error has occured in the script on this page
line:93
char:1
error:access is denied
code:0
url.res://c:\windows\system32\shdoclc.dll/preview.dlg
do you want to continue running scripts on this page,
could anyone help please

In Int/ex click tools>Int/options.then advanced
Click to expand...
tab.Select "Enable third party browser extensions" and
disable it.Apply/ok,then close down
