printing from email

Who was the genius that decided to only give us the option of "odd" or
"even" when printing an email message - has anyone found a way around this?
 
I have no idea what you are referring to. I have no problem printing
email messages, and it doesn't say anything about "odd" or "even".
Perhaps your printer driver needs updating.

Since Windows Mail has no such option I can only assume it's something on
your printer, but I don't know what kind of printer you have.
 
It sounds like you have manual duplex printing enabled and you are being
asked "Which side of the page(s) would you like to print now"? Shut duplex
printing off.
