My wife is teaching a new IT class. For their exam they
have to create a spreadsheet and prove that they have used
formulae. Is there a way to print the sheet with formulae
as well as/instead of data?

Thanks

Ctrl+` (that is, hold down Ctrl whist pressing the grave accent, which on my
UK keyboard is above TAB and to the left of the number keys) toggles between
displaying formulas and displaying their results. Whichever is being viewed
when Print is pressed will be printed.

Dear John
Click on the Tools menu, select options, and in the View
tab check the "Formulas" tick box (Second option in left
column under Windows Option Group)

Hope this helps
