Couple of questions....
1) Is the paper size really 10 x 7.5 or is that the printing area size? And
are PowerPoint AND the printer both set to this custom size? Do you have
the Scale to Fit function checked on the PowerPoint Print Dialog?
2) Does your printer have 0.5" margin capabilities? Most of the inkjet
printers have an uneven border around the printable area due to their need
to grasp the paper when feeding it. In most cases, inkjet printers can not
print to the edge of the page and have a larger bottom of the page margin.
PowerPoint does not try to play with these settings and just centers the
slide image on the "Printable Area" of the paper.
